City of Fredericton Outdoor Concert Series-

JFredericton concertune 20 - September 5: Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 p.m.

Enjoy free outdoor summer concerts featuring some of New Brunswick’s top performers. A variety of genres are presented; anything from country, to jazz to classical and pop. So grab your chair or blanket and come down to enjoy some great entertainment! click here for more.




Atlantic International Balloon Fiesta- Sussex September 6-8
A weekend of family-oriented activities and events! Watch 30 hot air balloons fly twice daily (early morning and early evening); stop by the unique Craft Fair renowned throughout the Atlantic region; join us at the All Weekend Outdoor Bandstand as we showcase top Maritime talent; see over 500 vehicles showcased at Sunday’s Antique Car Show & Shine. Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival- Fredericton
September 10 - 15
This fall event brings together world-class musicians and up-and-coming Atlantic-Canadian artists for six days and nights of slick jazz, gritty blues, spicy Cajun, world-beat music and more.There are events for all ages staged in a number of indoor and outdoor venues… in bars and pubs, in theatres, in tents, in parks, on the streets… the capital city comes alive at the sound of jazz and blues! Queens County Fair- Gagetown
September 12 - 15
The fair includes a large parade, live music and other entertainment, horticulture and floriculture exhibits, large midway with rides for all ages, art, photography, 4-H displays, camping and much more! For a complete list of events, visit the website


Campbellton Harvest Festival
September 13 - 15
This 2-day event is full of activities for the young and the young-at-heart, including face painting, petting zoo, magicians, music, cloggers, dancers, hay rides, pony rides and much more! Follow this link to learn more


Fall Colours Festival- Saint-Antoine
September 14 - 22

Parents, friends and visitors gather at the Fall Colours Festival in Saint-Antoine to joyfully herald the arrival of this most colourful season. Click here to learn more


Kennebecasis Valley Quilting- Quispamsis
September 19 - 21
Join the Kennebecasis Valley Quilting Guild, one of the largest quilting guilds in New Brunswick, for their annual 3-day quilt exhibition and sale. More than 200 handmade quilts and other quilted treasures will be on display at the Islandview Lions Club. Find out more here


September 18 - 22
Celebrate autumn in Sackville during the annual Sackville Fall Fair! Featuring a weekend jam-packed with events for all ages. Whether you're watching the Saturday parade, enjoying the live music in the street on Friday and Saturday evenings, or watching the street-cart derby races, you're sure to enjoy the Sackville Fall Fair! Impressionism: Then and Now - University of New Brunswick
Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2019 at 7:30 p.m.
Our resident musician, Nadia Francavilla, does double duty in this concert by playing the violin and viola. She is joined by Sibylle Marquardt (flute) and Paul Pulford (cello) to form the Argento Collective. From Debussy and Ravel all the way to Canadian composers Harry Somers and Alice Ho, this will be an engaging musical event showcasing the transition from impressionist to expressionist movements.
