Signal Hill. I was a tour guide for 2 summers and loved the view of St. John’s especially at night.

What makes Newfoundland & Labrador such a special place on earth for you?

Even though I’ve been living away for more than 30 years, I still tell people on the mainland that the province is unlike any other place in Canada. The combination of warmth, humour, unpretentiousness, determination and creativity is unmatched. I’ve yet to meet anyone who visited and told me otherwise.
