Where’s your favourite place in Nova Scotia to grab a coffee?

In Cape Breton - Wentworth Perk - in Halifax any Just Us! Cafe - they roast their own coffee.

Where’s your favourite place in Nova Scotia to grab a pint?

In Cape Breton - Ziggy's and in Mabou - The Red Shoe Pub

Where’s your favourite place to shop in Nova Scotia?

The Michique handbag shop or downtown Halifax - no malls, streets with little shops. Charlotte St. Sydney rocks too.

Where in Nova Scotia would we stand to see your favourite view?

The top of the entrance to the West Mabou Beach. You see the white sandy beach, the ocean and these houses on the side of cliff. Gorgeous.

Name 3 things we’ve gotta do when we visit Nova Scotia:

1. Do the Cabot Trail - over a few days

2. Stay in the summer in Inverness / Mabou

3. Eat fresh seafood + hike some of the incredible trails

What makes Nova Scotia such a special place on earth for you?

The people are wonderful - kind and compassionate - and the beauty of the nature surrounding you is nothing short of inspiring. Be it winter, where there's heaps of white snow, untarnished by the dirt of the city, or the summer where there's a warm ocean beach waiting for you to dive in, there's so much to enjoy here when you take a moment to stop and breathe the air around you.
