Time for another edition of our fun new feature that takes the #FF one 'F' further...and shakes up Twitter's popular acronym with a SABS twist.

The Sea and be Scene #FFF is your weekly chance to discover the four favourites of your favourite East Coast folks.

The four questions will always stay the same...only the folks will change. So for this week…

We’re featuring one of Nashville’s busiest residents and one of Cape Breton’s proudest sons.

He has produced projects for the likes of Damhnait Doyle and Natalie MacMaster, has had his songs recorded by such artists as Martina McBride, Leanne Rimes, Great Big Sea, Carrie Underwood, Faith Hill, Keith Urban and Jimmy Rankin (to name just a few). He is a multiple Juno winner, ECMA winner, MIANS winner, CCMA winner – he’s even got a Grammy!

He is co-owner of the award winning and always happening Lakewind Sound Studios in Point Aconi, NS and the golf tournament he hosts each year in memory of his late father -  The Frank Sampson Memorial Golf Tournament has raised thousands and thousands of dollars for the volunteer fire department in his hometome of Big Pond.

And just this week his latest solo project Almost Beautiful dropped along with the smokin’ hot single "Hurricane Jane"… my goodness but the man is amazing at what he does.

He is the one and only Gordie Sampson.  Thanks for sharing your favourite four with us Gordie – we are grateful to ya!!! SABS
