City of Fredericton Outdoor Concert Series-
Officers Square:
JFredericton concertune 20 - September 5: Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
July and August: Saturday 7:30 p.m.

Enjoy free outdoor summer concerts featuring some of New Brunswick’s top performers. A variety of genres are presented; anything from country, to jazz to classical and pop. So grab your chair or blanket and come down to enjoy some great entertainment! click here for more.

Woodstock Old Home Week- various venues
July 27-August 3
This week-long event has something for everyone, including a road race,  4-H Achievement Day, horse pull, gospel concert, street parade and midway to name but a few. Check out the complete schedule of events on the website.

 

Belledune Days Festival
July 27 - August 7
That's the theme for Belledune Days, a week-long celebration for all ages. There is so much to do and see in this friendly village. Click here for the pdf schedule. And visit www.belledune.com for town information.

Festival acadien de Caraquet- various venues
August 2 - 15
Each year, for the 2-week duration of the festival, approximately 400 artists grace the stage to perform a variety of acts to the 100,000 people in attendance. Cabaret shows, Belles Soirées (pop music, classical sounds, and jazz nights), main-stage concerts, and méchant partys (madcap parties) are just a taste of the festivities!   To find out more, click here

Miramichi Folksong Festival
August 4 - August 9
Join the fun at Canada's longest-standing folk festival! Five days of song and dance featuring authentic traditional and contemporary folk music. From story songs passed on by lumberjacks of old, to modern-day troubadours singing their own compositions, this event has a unique flavour. Hartland Potato Festival
August 4 - 10
Join this community celebration, held in early summer, with great family-oriented events held daily.   Click here for event details

Chocolate Festival- St Stephen
August 4 - 8
Some of the events include chocolate-themed lunches and suppers, the chocolate chip cookie-decorating contest, the hand-dipping contest, candy treasure hunts, and the Taste of Chocolate. As always, the festival's fun-loving mascots, the Great Chocolate Mousse and his lovely wife, Tiffany, will be on hand to join the festivities. Check out the website for more details

Harvey Community Days
August 6 - 11
Harvey Community Days offers lots to see and do for all ages. A parade, carnival, horse pull, community supper, Harvey Olympics, Miss Harvey Pageant and craft show are just a taste of the activities offered during this annual event. For further details go to the website

Larlee Creek Hullabaloo- Perth-Andover
August 7 - 11
Held in Perth-Andover, NB and known as the Little Festival that Could, the Larlee Creek Hullabaloo brings together some of the best talent the East Coast of Canada has to offer for one weekend of pure musical bliss. For a complete schedule of performances click here

 

Festival of Flavour- Florenceville-Bristol
August 7 - 10
Everything dear to the heart of the wine connoisseur and those aspiring connoisseurs. Expand your horizons with wine seminars, sommelier-guided Grand Wine-Tasting Event, outdoor concert, live entertainment on the boardwalk, cooking demonstrations and gourmet dining!
