THE ONCE…It’s Almost Time for TIME ENOUGH

Posted: April 24, 2018

Late last August Newfoundland's own super group THE ONCE joined me at the CoveFM studios in Hubbards, NS to record a fun chat for SEA AND BE SCENE...And HEARD.  (listen/download podcast version here)

It's always lovely spending time with the trio - I LOVE THEM - and let's be clear Geraldine Hollett, Phillip Churchill and Andrew Dale have been beyond generous with their time here on SEA AND BE SCENE over the years - and we're ever so grateful - but what makes our conversation last summer so cool was that it happened while the band was in Nova Scotia to record their new album with mega award winning producer Dan Ledwell at his Lake Echo Studio.

Cooler still we're pleased to share the video for the first single "I Can't Live Without You" from that forthcoming LP - TIME ENOUGH. The release date is set for May 11, 2018 and as the gang promised - it delivers a fresh new sound and a further evolution of their signature sound.  You can listen to another track "Before The Fall" by clicking here.

If you're heading to Halifax for East Coast Music Week 2018 be sure to catch THE ONCE in a free concert on Argyle Street at 1:55pm on Saturday, May 5th. (click here for more details).

We'll be sure to keep you posted on more tour dates and all the wonderful things THE ONCE get up to - they're the greatest! SABS
