SABS 7th Birthday Salute for July 15th from Sydney

Posted: July 15, 2017

WOW!!!  Make that BOW-WOW!!!

It's our very first fur-filled #SABS7 Birthday Salute - fresh from the steps of the amazing Algonquin Resort - from their cute Canine Concierge - Sydney!!!

Enter her name and you'll be eligible to WIN a copy of "Smokeroom on the Kyle" written by Ted Russell & illustrated by Tara Fleming as the daily prize for July 15th, 2017 (click on the picture to read more about the book) and qualify for our HEAVENLY STAY grand prize draw.

Sydney may be one of the newest Algonquin family members, but the legendary hotel has a long history of having a canine concierge on site to meet and greet their incredible guests.

The two and a half year old Black Labrador Retriever arrived at the Algonquin via the Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind National Training CentreSydney was successful in all aspects of her training, but because she can lose concentration when there are very loud noises present - she was not deemed a perfect fit for their program. How wonderful that she's found the perfect home at the Algonquin Resort!

Sydney will be transitioning into her new role over the coming months, and can’t wait to meet you! She’ll even have her own work station near the front desk that she will be settled in to. Upon request, you’ll be able to take Sydney for walks throughout the property or grooming.

Thank you so much to sweet Sydney for this great #SABS7  Salute and to all of our friends at the spectacular Algonquin Resort.  We're so thrilled to have you join in our 7th Birthday Celebration and we're ever so grateful for all of your support over the years - we love ya!!! SABS
