The video above is an excerpt from Episode 105 of Sea and be Scene TV (part 2 on this site) - while on location in Charlottetown shooting a show at the 48th Annual PEI Crafts Council Christmas Fair we made a delicious detour to the Delta Prince Edward.

It was there that the hotel's Supervisor of Food & Beverage Rebecca Clarke showed us how to make their sensational signature drink for the holiday season. Cheers!

Makes 2 cocktails

2 oz. Strait Vodka

1 oz. Clear Creme de Cacao

1 oz. Peppermint Schnapps

Ice to shake

Candy Chicken Bones (crushed)

Grenadine to rim & splash

Rim 2 martini glasses first with Grenadine and then crushed Candy Chicken Bones and set aside

In a shaker with ice combine Vodka, Creme de Cacao and Peppermint Schnapps - cover and shake briskly

Using strainer to contain ice - pour mixture evenly into the 2 prepared martini glasses

In each glasses pour a just a splash/smidge of Grenadine for colour (note: colours will separate)

Serve & Enjoy!!!
