Canada Day Celebrations - Corner Brook, Corner Brook 
Celebrate Canada Day in Corner Brook with entertainment and games at
Margaret Bowater Park. Cake cutting, The 1st Annual Corner Brook Stream Rubber Duck Race and lots of fun for family and friends.


Canada Day Celebrations - Deer Lake, Deer Lake, Newfoundland 
A busy Canada Day in Deer Lake kicks off with a flag raising at the Pride of the Town monument and it concludes with a fireworks display. Other activities include the third annual Canada Day race, yoga on the beach and a Beaumont Hamel ceremony at the Royal Canadian Legion. Afternoon activities include a barbecue for everyone featuring musical entertainment, horse rides for kids, a jumping castle and a bike parade for children. Gracia Gymnastics will host games and activities for children at the Hodder and fun and games sponsored by Re/Max. For more information click here

Canada Day Celebrations – Gambo
Canada Day is held on the Village Green on July 1st at 1pm. Entertainment, kids
games and prizes, free hot dogs and refreshments served and cutting of the cake.


Canada Day Celebrations - Grand Falls-Windsor
On Saturday, July 1 at 2:00pm on Centennial Field we have local bands, games and refreshments! All Town of Grand Falls-Windsor games and cake are free. At dusk, we have a GIGANTIC FIREWORKS display located at Centennial Field and we will also be visiting our local senior’s homes for some fun! For event details & more click here


Canada Day Celebrations - Happy Valley - Goose Bay
Celebrate Canada Day with a flag raising ceremony at Royal Canadian Legion and a community parade. Fun for the young and old alike. Great entertainment, concessions and fireworks at Kinsmen Park!


Canada Day Celebrations - Lewisporte
The Canada Day Celebrations will include activities for young and old alike. The day will begin with a community breakfast followed by a parade, flag raising ceremony, live entertainment and a complimentary BBQ. The afternoon will involve games and activities for the entire family. The evening will conclude with a pre-teen dance, teenage and adult dances, live entertainment and a family fireworks display. Canada Day Celebrations - New-Wes-Valley
10:00 a.m.
Bike Rodeo:(sponsored by Colemans/Winsors Fresh Foods) leaves the former Perry’s Motorsports building at 10:00 a.m. and proceeding to Beothic Arena via Circular Drive. The parade will be escorted by local RCMP and the New-Wes-Valley Volunteer Fire Department. Show us your Canadian Pride by decorating your bikes!!

11:00 a.m.
Opening ceremonies : National Anthem & Flag raising.  Mayor’s opening remarks & presentation to the Town’s 1st sitting council.

11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Entertainment: (outside, weather permitting) Dance performance by: Leah Perry & Company  Live Music & Sing Along: Don Sturge & Diane Rideout. (Other Musicians are welcomed to join in!) There will be a Bouncy Castle as well as fun Canada Day Activity pages set up inside the arena for the kids. For each activity they participate in, the kids will earn an entry for the Bike Rodeo draw sponsored by Coleman’s/ Winsor’s as well as an additional 10 Prize Bags from the Town of New-Wes-Valley and generous donations by local businesses. There will be hot dogs, bottled water, cake and goodie bags for the kids, so please come along and join the fun! Hope to see you there!

Canada Day Celebrations – Paradise
To celebrate Canada's 150 birthday we have a great day of fun activities planned. The celebration will include a free BBQ, large bouncy castle rides, games provided by Frontline Action, laser tag, and free face painting. There will also be an all-day concert at the new bandstand in Paradise Park beginning at 2:45 p.m.. The day of celebration comes to an end at 9:40 p.m. with closing fireworks. Canada Day Celebrations - Port aux Basques
Canada Day Celebrations - Join us for a day of celebration. Events will include water games, bouncy castle, and carnival-type games. Fireworks along with local entertainment to follow at the waterfront near Scott’s Cove Park. .


Canada Day Celebrations - St. Anthony, St. Anthony
Parade at the Polar Center with games, cake cutting and flag presentation. Fun for everyone!


Canada Day - Terra Nova National Park of Canada
Come join us at the Visitor Centre as we celebrate Canada's 150th Birthday beginning with a wreath laying to commemorate Memorial Day followed by a carnival, concert and a cake cutting. For more info click here

Canada Day Celebrations - St. John's
Come join us on Saturday, July 1 as St. John’s Celebrates Canada 150 with free events throughout the city. Get up early and start your day at Signal Hill with a Sunrise Event followed by Wake Up the Nation Breakfast complete with live performances guaranteed to kick things off in proper east coast style. The festivities continue at Quidi Vidi Lake starting at 2 p.m. with Family Fun Day featuring live music. The afternoon is jam packed with fun activities for the kids and local talent that will entertain all ages on the Canada Day Memorial Stage. The fun times continue with a concert featuring headliner The Sheepdogs, The Novaks and Mallory Johnson beginning at 6 p.m. at the Dominion Memorial Market parking lot on Lake Avenue. The evening event includes a Beer Garden in support of the Special Olympics and Vera Perlin Society. Keeping with tradition, the day will wrap up with a fireworks display at 10 p.m. at Quidi Vidi Lake. For more details click here
