Where’s your favourite place in Nova Scotia to grab a coffee?

The Finer Diner in Hackett’s Cove. I go that way on my bike often so I stop there all the time.

Where’s your favourite place in Nova Scotia to grab a pint?

I love Freeman’s (Downtown Halifax) I’m not much of a dancer so I stay out of the clubs but I love throwing some money in the jukebox after a few.

Where’s your favourite place to shop in Nova Scotia?

I’m not a big shopper, but I love Boathouse.

Where in Nova Scotia would we stand to see your favourite view?

Fort Point park in Liverpool, it’s just down the road from my grandparents house on Main Street, beautiful spot.

Name 3 things we’ve gotta do when we visit Nova Scotia:

1. Go to Privateer Days in Liverpool in the last weekend of June, I look forward to it every year.

2. See Summerville beach!

3. Feed a Rabbit at White Point Beach Resort.

What makes Nova Scotia such a special place on earth for you?

The people - I’ve never met a more helpful group of people than Nova Scotians.

SABS Note of Noteworthiness

Hans claimed "wannabe actor" as his occupation - truth be told... he's an actor alright.

Hans, Liam & Mya with SABStv EP 119 On Set With Mr DHans has had guest roles on everything from THE TRAILER PARK BOYS to HAVEN - even appeared in Jason Buxton's award winning film BLACKBIRD - but for the past few years we've come to know him as Ben on CBC's hit comedy series MR.D.

Be sure to check out our interview with Hans and his MR.D cast mates on SABStv On Set Special - click here to see that.
