Raise a Little Hellp 2013 – The Line Up

(Halifax, NS) - Delta Barrington and Delta Halifax’s fifth annual fundraiser Raise A Little Hellp, in support of Habitat for Humanity Nova Scotia, will take place at the Delta Halifax (1990 Barrington St.) on Thursday, June 6 from 6 -10 p.m.

2013 Raise a Little Hellp Line upFeaturing an incredible musical line up again this year, the event will feature an acoustic set by The Trews, the Alan Doyle Trio, Dustin Bentall with Kendel Carson and singer-songwriters, Mo KenneyDylan Guthro, and Carleton Stone.

"Last year we sold out the event on the strength of amazing musical talent and a great cause,” said Stuart Joliffe, Regional Vice President, Atlantic Canada, Delta Hotels and Resorts, and General Manager, Delta Halifax and Delta Barrington. “I'm very excited about this year’s musical line-up and the potential to raise another $100,000 to support Habitat for Humanity here, in Nova Scotia."

The event will also feature the best in Nova Scotia beverages and cuisine. With food stations offering regional specialties there will also be an extensive selection of locally produced wine and spirits. Each year, attendees delight in the silent auction items, including trips to some of Canada’s best travel destinations, concert tickets, music memorabilia, golf getaways, and more.

Discounted group ticket purchases are available. Space is limited. Tax receipts available. Tax receipts in the amount of $100.00 will be provided from the purchase of a $150.00 ticket.

Past events saw the Delta Barrington and Delta Halifax hotels raise more than $350,000.00 over four years in support of Habitat for Humanity Nova Scotia.
