EASIEST Peanut Butter Cookie

When we put the call out for easy, “go-to” cookie recipes singer/songwriter and Nova Scotia native RyLee Madison heard us all the way in RyLee Madisonher Nashville home.

We're grateful she took the time to share the recipe that always scores her rave reviews! Thanks to her and the sidekick who graciously provided the artist's rendering of RyLee with her EASIEST Peanut Butter Cookie you see above! 🙂

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup of sugar

1 egg

1/4 cup crushed almonds OR rolled oats

Mix until a play-dough texture, roll into 1.5 inch balls and squash with a fork on a greased cooking sheet.

Bake at 375 for 10-12 mins or until golden brown.

Let cool for 5 mins on the pan before moving them to a cooling rack.

These babies melt in you mouth!

Makes 2 dozen.
