About the book...
A young widow, orphan and mother, Wilhelmina Anne Brown is just beginning to find some stability in her new home in Prince Edward Island when she is forced to deal with the death of her beloved uncle, Bill Darby. Darby, a Charlottetown private investigator, leaves Anne and her fourteen-year-old daughter a small savings account and his business, where Anne has worked as office manager for six years. About the Author...
A former teacher and PR consultant, Finley Martin is a prolific writer. His poetry and short stories have appeared in Inscape, The Oyster in the Ooze, Voices Down East, and in the CBC Radio production, We Are the Wind and More. He has given poetry readings in Ontario, PEI, and New Brunswick, and for CBC Radio. He has also produced radio documentaries for CBC, and his writing has appeared in numerous newspapers and magazines. He is the author of two previous books, "A View From the Bridge" and "New Atlantic Writing".

Thoroughly enjoyed reading "The Reluctant Dectective" Has the author ever considered writing a series.
