Countdown to CELTIC COLOURS Contest – CLOSED

Well... here we are. After a week of daily guessing - we qualified 7 lucky people who each scored the Celtic Colours 2012 CD.

Now comes the moment we've all been waiting for.... a random draw was made from those 7 the qualifiers (see the names below) and we're pleased to congratulate

She's scored 2 tickets to the 2012 Celtic Colours International Festival's closing concert "50 Year's of Celtic Charm".

The 2012 Celtic Colours International Festival is fast approaching. Yes - Cape Breton Island is the place to be from October 5 – 13 when over 300 performers from around the world will gather to play, dance, sing and celebrate!

So in the celebratory spirit we're getting in on the impending festival fun by doling out some free stuff in our Countdown to Celtic Colours Contest.

Starting today (08/20/12) and for each of the next 6 days you'll have a chance to win the 2012 Celtic Colours Compilation CD and qualify to win 2 tickets to the festival's grand finale - “50 Years of Celtic Charm” featuring The Chieftains along with Wendy MacIsaac & Mary Jane Lamond, The Battlefield Band, Daniel Lapp and The Diaga Irish Dance Performance Group.

It's going to be an amazing show and all you need to do is answer the daily trivia question correctly to be entered into our random daily prize draw.

We'll announce the daily prize winners as they are drawn.

Once all 7 CD's have been awarded (08/26/12) - we’ll chose our Grand Prize Winner for the 2 tickets to the closing night's concert by random draw from those 7 lucky qualifiers. That winner will be announced on Monday, September 27, 2012.

The special thing to note about this COUNTDOWN to Celtic Colours Contest is that every answer is a number and as always you can count on SABS to give you a helpful hint when you're in doubt.
