Casino New Brunswick presents legendary Canadian rock group Chilliwack, October 4

(Moncton, NB) – Well known for their consistent and powerful show, legendary Canadian rock group, Chilliwack will perform at Casino New Brunswick’s Event Centre in Moncton on Thursday, October 4 at 8 p.m.

Led by Bill Henderson, lead singer, guitarist and songwriter, Chilliwack released 12 albums over a 15-year period. They group produced numerous Canadian and international hits, including “Lonesome Mary”, “Fly At Night”, and “California Girl” in the 1970’s; and “My Girl (Gone Gone Gone)” and “Whatcha Gonna Do” in the 1980’s. All of this work led to fifteen Gold and Platinum certifications, a host of awards, high profile TV appearances and coliseum concert tours.

Chilliwack’s latest recording, a live CD titled There and Back, released in June 2003, includes all of the group’s hits, live favourites and is still winning over new fans and delighting long time ones.

Doors open at 7 p.m. The show is restricted to ages 19 and over.
