It’s Friday and time for a special edition of our fun feature that takes the #FF one 'F' further...and shakes up Twitter's popular acronym with a SABS twist.

The Sea and be Scene #FFF is your weekly chance to discover the four favourites of your favourite East Coast folks. The four questions will always stay the same...only the folks will change and for this week…

We're putting the spotlight on a seasonal resident of Chester, Nova Scotia.

Born in Toronto, ON this 3 time Emmy nominated actress garnered great acclaim and a huge following when she lived in Llanview, PA on One Life to Live under the name Jessica Brennan and Tess, Bess and Wes. Facing great trials and tribulations, and multiple personalities, she played her character(s) brilliantly from 2003 until the series finale earlier this year.

Now in a fictional twist of fate the patient becomes the doctor.

Indeed she'll be hanging her psychiatric shingle up in HAVEN, Maine to play
Dr. Claire Callahan on Season 3 of the hit Syfy/Showcase series.

YES! She'll be busy with all the troubles in that town, but not too busy to become a friend and confident to Audrey Parker (Emily Rose).

It should also be noted that in addition to her role on HAVEN - this busy star, wife and mom can also be seen on NBC's forthcoming series Infamous (formally Nortorious) which will air mid-season 2012-2013.

While she now calls Los Angeles, CA home we're thrilled to have her in our neck of the woods, if only for a while, and we can't wait to have her on our TVs when the third season of HAVEN airs September 21st.
