"This salad features one of my all-time favourite flavour combination: peppery, nutty arugula leaves tossed with sweet, fragrant strawberries, mellow balsamic and sweet pine nuts. Together these ingredients are far more than the sum of their parts." Chef Michael Smith
4 handfuls arugula
2 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup Balsamic Dressing
Simply toss everything together until well combined. That’s it; it’s that simple!
