Time for another edition of our fun new feature that takes the #FF one 'F' further...and shakes up Twitter's popular acronym with a SABS twist.

The Sea and be Scene #FFF is your weekly chance to discover the four favourites of your favourite East Coast folks.

The four questions will always stay the same...only the folks will change. So for this week…

We’re featuring one of HAVEN’s newest residents – which makes her an honourary “East Coaster”… since they do shoot the series on location in Canada’s Ocean Playground. Yes we’re bending the rules a smidge, but when you get the chance to learn about a lady that stars on not 1, but 2 hit TV shows – you take it.

She hails from Toronto, Ontario where she plays Judith Winter on Being Erica – but for the past few months she’s been calling Chester, Nova Scotia ‘home’ – and taking up a new character Evidence (Evi) Ryan on the Syfy/Showcase series HAVEN.

Season 2 premieres one week from today – July 15^thon Syfy (July 18^th on Showcase) – in the meantime why not get to know the troubled town’s newest source of T-R-O-U-B-L-E?!

She is the delightful, de-lovely and oh so very cool Vinessa Antoine!
