SEAMUS O’REGAN #FFF Friday Favourite Four

Posted: July 22, 2011

Time for another edition of our fun new feature that takes the #FF one 'F' further...and shakes up Twitter's popular acronym with a SABS twist.

The Sea and be Scene #FFF is your weekly chance to discover the four favourites of your favourite East Coast folks.

The four questions will always stay the same...only the folks will change. So for this week…

It’s a son of St. John’s who spends his mornings waking up all of Canada. Raised in Goose Bay, Labrador, he studied at St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish Nova Scotia, University College in Dublin and then onto the University of Cambridge in England for his Masters.

He is the Honourary Chairman of Artbound, dedicated to building arts schools in developing countries. He serves on the boards of the World Wildlife Fund-Canada, Canada World Youth, the Smiling Land Foundation, The Company Theatre, and The Rooms in St.John’s, NL.

He rocked it in Vancouver as part of CTV’s Olympic Morning at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. He hosts the very cool ARTS & MINDS and THE O'REGAN FILES on Bravo and he is co-host of CTV's CANADA AM.

His work has taken him around the world and while he may be stationed in Toronto, ON – home will always be Newfoundland & Labrador.

He is Mr. Seamus O’Regan!!!

Thanks for sharing your Friday Favourite Four with us Seamus – you’re right sweet! SABS
