Time for another edition of our fun new feature that takes the #FF one 'F' further...and shakes up Twitter's popular acronym with a SABS twist.

The Sea and be Scene #FFF is your weekly chance to discover the four favourites of your favourite East Coast folks.

The four questions will always stay the same...only the folks will change. So for this week…

We’re featuring one of Newfoundland & Labrador’s proudest daughters. She is an award winning singer-songwriter. Be it with her former band Shaye or when she performs solo – she’s always awesome. She has hosted oodles of radio and television shows. Her most recent TV project for CMT Canada was Back to the Water, a touching special in which she travelled home – to make her new album and profile the land she loves the best.

Ask anyone and they’ll tell you - she’s the very knees of the bee.
