Where’s your favourite place in Nova Scotia to grab a coffee?

I don’t drink coffee but if did I would drink Puddle Jump Coffee or go down to Theresa and Heathers.

Where’s your favourite place in Nova Scotia to grab a pint?

I don’t drink beer but my fav spots include Tom’s, The Seahorse, Carleton, and the Wooden Monkey.

Where’s your favourite place to shop in Nova Scotia?

Soo many places: Sweet Pea + sister store, ProGirl, Fresh Prints, Biscuit, Love Me Boutique, Lady Luck, Winners, Lost and Found, Fancy Lucky Vintage, Pseudio, Foreign Affair, etc!

Where in Nova Scotia would we stand to see your favourite view?

Too many great views! I think I would stand on the hill by the tea house at Lawrencetown beach.

Name 3 things we’ve gotta do when we visit Nova Scotia:

1. Skateboard around Halifax or rent a bike and cruise around.

2. Drive to the Eastern Shore with an empty belly and endless time. Get a donair eggroll from Lawrencetown grocery, stop at the tea house for tea, vintage, books, art, massage and surf gear from Kannon Beach, Take a surf lesson with One Life Surf School followed by a lobster roll at Dude Food, stop at the Seaforth market for bakery food from the Rose and Rooster Bakery and Puddle Jump Coffee. Rent a kayak from Captain Canoe and hit up Porter’s Lake. Stop at Theresa and Heather’s country store for ice cream and souvenirs and take a nap at Martinique beach 🙂

3. Drive the Cabot Trail during Celtic Colours Music Festival. Plan hikes in between attending music shows.

What makes Nova Scotia such a special place on earth for you?

Nova Scotia is where I am from. My family and roots are here. The music is the best music on earth. The maritime climate is unique, adventurous and unmatchable.  The ocean feeds the soul and there’s enough snow to hit the hills in the winter. I love the smell of Nova Scotia. Nova Scotia is the land of ideas with kind-hearted people to execute them. Nova Scotia is also in a great time zone for working Globally 🙂
