We're not sure of the regimen and training required, but for most artists ECMA Week is like a long distance marathon, a Tour de France or rather in this case a Tour de Charlottetown. They come to play music and do just that - everywhere and all the time.
That kind of loopy schedule makes catching them with a smidge of downtime down right difficult…case in point New Brunswick’s own Matt Andersen.
We are not kidding you when we say – we had a minute with him…literally! And only because I grabbed him in the lobby and pleaded (#smallbutscrappy). The poor fella had just finished performing at the Industry Awards Brunch after a night of gigging and was on his way for a quick break before going out again.
Bless his heart.
As he promised we’ll get a feature interview in his homeland in the future so stand by – in the meantime enjoy our minute with the multi-award winning Matt Anderson. SABS
