Sea and be Scene

Maybe it was the SEAson...or the voyage of purist adult beverage discovery - but I have called this cocktail Do You Sea What I Sea.

While  - on the surface it merely merges products from two Atlantic Provinces -when you taste  this bit of business you"ll discover the symphony of festively concocted flavours in a glass.  It's savoury for the most part with a sweet kick every now and again...niceness!

Do You Sea What I Sea

• 1 part ICEBERG Vodka (NL)
• 3 parts tomato juice
• 2 1/2 teaspoons of Embers Horseradish Jelly with Red Pepper (PEI)
• 2 slight spears of celery to garnish

Serve in a chilled deep martini glass -!!! ENJOY
