Where’s your favourite place in Nova Scotia to grab a coffee?

There are many favourite place in NS for me to get a cup of tea (I don’t drink coffee) but for a HOT HOT cuppa, I usually go for an extra large Earle Grey with milk (one bag only please) at Tim Hortons.

Where’s your favourite place in Nova Scotia to grab a pint?

Here’s a news flash about stopping for a pint...I don’t drink any booze at all! So, grabbing a pint, unless it`s a pint of fresh berries at the market, is not in my game plan!

Where’s your favourite place to shop in Nova Scotia?

I love to shop at grocery stores, as well as fresh fruit and vegetable markets. I really enjoy the abundance of lovely things to eat, the smells and the pure indulgence of it all. Other than that, I am pretty much all over the place for other things.

Where in Nova Scotia would we stand to see your favourite view?

In this incredible province, I have said many times that we truly live on a postcard. Every turn gives another wonderful view...but one of my favourites is the view I get from Paddy`s Head off the Peggy`s Cove road. Sit there and allow yourself to inhale the scenic beauty.

Name 3 things we’ve gotta do when we visit Nova Scotia:

1)    Go to Halifax and walk the waterfront. Gotta do it.
2)    Check out Peggy`s Cove in a storm. Remarkable.
3)    Ask a local for directions...the people here are SO wonderful!

What makes Nova Scotia such a special place on earth for you?

Nova Scotia is home for me and my partner, David. We are loved by so many, accepted by so many more, and are a part of a dynamic and diverse collection of people. I travel a lot and give thanks every time I land back in Nova Scotia.
